The Half Sovereign is useful for those who want to own small units of gold - these coins are half the weight of a Sovereign at 3.99 grams and as 22-carat gold coins, they contain 3.65 grams of gold.

2017 Half Sovereigns are also extremely advantageous for British investors as they benefit from being Capital Gains Tax exempt.

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.

All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
