The 2021 quarter ounce Britannia gold coin, made of 24-carat gold (999.9 fineness) and sold by BullionByPost in this attractive oak gift box.
The new 2021 Britannia ranges boasts four new special security features, including a trident hologram which changes to a padlock when the coin is tilted. Other features include new detailing to Britannia's shield, a second inner circle of Latin text, and a micro-detail wave effect in the coin's background.
This bullion coin has a face value of £25.00 and contains one-quarter troy ounce (7.77 grams) of fine gold 99.99% (24 carat) gold.
Bullion coins from The Royal Mint since 2015 feature the fifth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the King George IV State Diadem (worn for the annual State Opening of Parliament) and Diamond Jubilee drop pearl earrings.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
