2023 75 Years of the Windrush Generation Fifty Pence Proof Colour Silver Coin Boxed

The Windrush 50p silver coin commemorates 75 years since the arrival of the HMT Empire Windrush, a ship that brought Caribbean-born passengers to the UK in 1948. It comes in a beautiful Royal Mint box and is accompanied by an informative booklet which highlights the arrival of Windrush and what it represents to Britain in terms of migration, diversity, and national identity.

To mark the importance of the anniversary the production of this 50p set has been limited to 1,948 sets.
