The 2018 one ounce gold Dragon Rectangular Coin. Is this a coin or a bar? By all definition, this Dragon is a coin - it has a face value of $100 (AUD) backed by the Australian government; all are identical - they do not have individual serial numbers and it features Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. It is a coin, but you would be forgiven for calling it a bar, due to its unusual shape for a coin.

The rectangular coin containing 1oz of fine gold was produced by Perth Mint, who are well known for producing quality bullion items. The coin is limited to a production of 25,000 units and as such will be an unusual piece for investors and collectors.

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.

All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
