Delivery Options

All orders are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €60,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.

All parcels are fully insured until confirmed as delivered by the courier.

The cut-off point for orders to be sent out the same working day is 12:00 CET. We may have to verify some details or documents as part of our compliance procedure and this may delay the dispatch of the order.

Please refer to the table below and select the country of delivery for a list of couriers and expected delivery times. Delivery times are an estimate provided by the postal services and orders may occasionally take longer than estimated to arrive.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day that your order was dispatched. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed, orders may occasionally take longer.

Order tracking is a great way for customers to follow their parcel as it travels from our vaults to whichever part of Europe you're in, giving you peace of mind that your order is safe with whichever service you have chosen for delivery.

Please note: The delivery estimates are provided by our couriers. These are based on average delivery times and are occasionally longer. All parcels are fully insured until confirmed as delivered by the courier.
