Australian Nuggets 1/4oz
The 1/4oz gold Nugget coins were introduced in 1986 along with the rest of the series. After the change of design in 1989 they have since gained the nickname of the 1/4oz gold Kangaroo coins. Each coin contains 7.78 grams of pure gold and have a face value of 25 Australian Dollars.
