A quarter ounce American Eagle gold coin from 2021.
The obverse design features Lady Liberty with flowing hair holding a torch and olive branch, which was originally produced by Augustus Saint-Gaudens for the US Mint’s limited edition Double Eagle coins in the early 1900s. The reverse of the coin is the classic design by Miley Tucker-Frost of a male eagle returning to a nest containing a female eagle and her hatchlings which has been featured on the eagle gold coin since its introduction in 1986.
The quarter ounce gold Eagle coin is struck in 22 carat gold (.9167) and contains 7.775 grams of pure gold, it is official legal tender in the United States of America, with a value of $10. By law, the gold must be sourced from American mines.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
