A 2001 tenth Ounce US American Eagle Gold Coins.

The obverse design of the Gold Eagle features Liberty with flowing hair, holding a torch and an olive branch was produced by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. The reverse features a male eagle carrying an olive branch, protecting a nest containing a female eagle and her hatchlings was designed by Miley Busiek. The mintage of tenth ounce eagles for 2001 was 37,530 coins.
