This 1910 American Double Eagle has a face value of $20. The "S" mint mark denotes the San Francisco mint It is 0.9675 troy-ounce of fine gold. Issued from 1908 - 1933, the $20 Double Eagle features the Saint-Gauden design under the "LIBERTY" heading. The reverse has the eagle in flight and the words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TWENTY DOLLARS" and "IN GOD WE TRUST".
Graded to MS62 (UNC or near so). Slightly weak or average strike with no trace of wear. More or larger abrasions than an MS/PF 63.
