Description

A 2023 tenth ounce platinum Britannia coin, issued by The Royal Mint in pure 999.5 platinum. The coin is legal tender in the UK which means that it is exempt from Capital Gains Tax.

This reverse of this platinum coin features the same Britannia design by Philip Nathan as the gold and silver versions, with a guilloche effect background and the new security features introduced in 2021. On the obverse is new portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings, you can see his initials just below the Kings's neck.
