The 2023 1oz Britannia gold coin contains 1 troy ounce (31.1 grams) of pure gold, and is sure to remain one of the first choices for all UK investors. The 2023 1oz gold Britannia is the final coin to feature HRH Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse design using the secure lady Britannia design first issued in 2021, which includes the Royal Mint's advanced security measures, such as:

  • Micro-detail waves for the coin's background
  • Britannia's shield has additional line work detailing
  • Inner rim with additional Latin text
  • Padlock/trident changing hologram

Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.

All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
