Introducing the Australian Lunar Series III 2024 Year of the Dragon 1oz silver coin, crafted from 99.99% pure silver and celebrating the Chinese Lunar year of the dragon. These special versions of the Lunar dragon coins feature a small Dragon 'Privy Mark' within the design.

The dragon, symbolizing bravery, ambition, intelligence, and good fortune, influences those born in 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012, and 2024. The reverse showcases a Chinese mythical dragon with stylized waves and fog, highlighting its elemental control. The design includes the Chinese character for 'dragon,' the inscription 'DRAGON 2024,' the 'P125' mintmark marking The Perth Mint’s 125th anniversary, as well as the dragon privy mark. The obverse features the Jody Clark Memorial Obverse of Queen Elizabeth II, with details of her reign, the coin’s weight, purity, and monetary denomination, while an authentication feature adds an extra layer of protection against counterfeiting.

This coin has a limited worldwide mintage of only 30,000.
