The 2026 United Kingdom Silver Proof Coin Set from The Royal Mint brings together all eight definitive UK coins for the year alongside five commemorative designs, each struck in 925 sterling silver to Proof standard.

The commemorative coins celebrate five major milestones. The £5 coin marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Queen Elizabeth II with a design by Timothy Noad, a special edge inscription and an exclusive privy mark. Two £2 coins celebrate 200 years of ZSL and the first commission of HMS Beagle, with designs by Jonathan Olliffe and William Webb. Three 50p coins are included in total: the definitive 50p, plus two commemorative coins marking 100 years of the British Grand Prix and 50 years of The King’s Trust, designed by Interstate Creative Partners and Jessica Gregorio.

Each coin bears the official portrait of His Majesty King Charles III by Martin Jennings. With denominations ranging from 1p to £5, the set offers a complete record of the United Kingdom’s 2026 coinage.
