This beautifully-presented 2006 Britannia Proof Gold Quarter Ounce set is boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
It features 5 x 1/4oz Gold Britannias - all dated 2006 - with the designs from the 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2009 (confusingly for a set minted in 2006!). Only 250 sets were issued and because the coins all are dated 2006 - this is a truly scarce set that cannot be created by breaking up other Britannia sets from those years.
The face value £25 coin contains one quarter ounce (7.776g) of fine gold. The coin is all heavier than this weight however, as it contains 22-carat (91.67%) gold. The non-gold content in this coin is Silver. This set is presented in a case with certificate.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
