The 2023 Superman Samoan 1oz silver coin is a collectible coin that features the iconic DC Comics superhero. The coin is minted in 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver and has a diameter of 39mm.
The front side of the coin features a depiction of Superman, in his iconic heroic pose with one arm forward as he flies above the crime-ridden streets of Metropolis. The details bring out the iconic elements of the character, from the "S" on his chest to his flowing cape. Below him is the text SUPERMAN in the classic comic book lettering.
On the reverse side is a crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth by Ian Rank-Broadley above the coat of arms of Samoa and the coins weight, purity and value. The mintage of the 2023 one ounce silver Superman coin is limited to 15,000 pieces.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
