The 2024 Slovakian Eagle 1oz silver coin. The "Eagle" (Orol) is a bullion coin minted in Slovakia and is dedicated to the country's national symbol. The eagle has been a significant symbol for the Slovak people, representing strength, victory, freedom, nobility, resurrection, and new life. Slovak poets and revivalists of the 19th century regarded the eagle as a kindred spirit, and it was also used as the symbol of Slovakia's independence.
The 2024 Slovakian Eagle is minted in 999 fine silver and contains exactly 1 ounce (31.1g) of silver. The reverse design, which changes each year, is of a eagle with its wings outstretched as it comes in to land, in the background are the high Tatra mountains of northern Slovakia.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
