The 2023 ounce Somalian African Elephant silver coin is a legal tender coin issued by the Somali Republic. The coin is struck from 9999 fine silver, and weighs 1 ounce or 31.1 grams.
The obverse side of the coin features the Somalian coat of arms, which depicts two leopards, a shield and two spears, along with the year of mintage, and value of 100 shillings. The reverse side of the coin features a majestic African elephant pulling leaves off a tall branch, accompanied by the inscriptions "AFRICAN WILDLIFE" and "ELEPHANT" in addition to the weight and purity of the coin "1 oz Ag 999.9".
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
