To mark 20 years since the launch of the timeless children's classic by Julia Donaldson, The Royal Mint have launched this special proof silver fifty pence. With a beautiful illustration by Axel Scheffler printed in full colour onto the coin this boxed 50p is sure to be popular with lovers of the children's classic.
The 2024 Gruffalo's Child proof silver 50p coin comes presented in a beautiful Royal Mint box and is accompanied by a booklet on the Gruffalo's Child story book. Production of this 2024 silver proof 50p has been limited to 7500 presentation coins.
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
