Description

A beautiful 2023 0.5g Australian Kangaroo gold coin, better known as the 'Mini Roo'. This coin is a mere 0.5 grams in weight (0.016 of a troy ounce), but it is 24 carat pure gold.

Like the full 1oz Kangaroo, the Mini Roo is Australian legal tender and has a face value of $2 AUD. It features the traditional Kangaroo design, with the 2023 edition designed by Ing Ing Jong. The obverse side, featuring Queen Elizabeth II, is the new Memorial portrait introduced by Perth Mint.
